Happy Church Ministry: Our Partner church ministry in Jackson, Kentucky.

 Ministry Purpose: Community of Hope has partnered with the Happy Church nearly a decade to support financially and send work teams during times of disaster and for building repairs and updates. We also send teams for their ministry outreach programs helping them deliver food baskets, shoes and coats for the kids that attend their church, praying in homes with church members and many other service opportunities. 

 Volunteer Profile: You will thrive on these team trips if you have a heart to serve and want to see a powerful ministry at work in one of the poorest regions of the United States. We ask that everyone be flexible as our agenda is not on projects alone but what is most helpful to the staff and what they deem urgent and necessary.  We work as a team and through that there is great opportunity for our church body to grow and learn together. The work teams for this ministry most often require adult help as there can be unforeseen situations not suitable for children. Our ministry trips are more family oriented where children can attend as long as they are accompanied by their parents. Please contact the team leader to inquire if you have any questions.
